Getting started¶
KitchenCNC is single-user and local-first — there's no account to create and no login screen. Opening the app puts you straight into the configurator.
The two screens¶
| Screen | URL | What it's for |
|---|---|---|
| Configurator | / |
Build a kitchen in 3D: place cabinets, set hinges and finishes, save the design. |
| CNC export | /cnc |
The production queue — every design converted to a job, its validation status, and its exported files. |
There's no left nav or app switcher between them. The configurator's header has a CNC export → link once you're ready to move a design toward the shop floor.
The basic flow¶
- Build a kitchen in the configurator.
- Save the design so you can come back to it.
- Convert it to a CNC job and export cut-ready files.
A job that fails validation is blocked from export — that's deliberate. Fix the flagged issue in the design and reconvert.
