KitchenCNC is a tool for cabinet shops: you describe a kitchen, it builds it in 3D, and it exports cut-ready files for your CNC. We collect as little as we can get away with, and we do not sell any of it.

If you join the waitlist

The form asks for your name, email, company, role, how many kitchens you cut a month, and what software you use today. All six go into a private spreadsheet that only we can read.

We use it to contact you about early access and to understand what shops need. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside KitchenCNC. Ask us and we will delete your entry — no reason required.

If you use the client portal

The portal at app.kitchencnc.com signs you in with Google. We receive your email address and basic profile from Google in order to identify your account. We never see your Google password — the sign-in happens on Google's servers, not ours, and you can revoke our access at any time from your Google account settings.

Kitchen designs and CNC jobs you create are stored so you can come back to them. They belong to you.

Analytics

This site uses PostHog to count page views and see which parts of the site people actually use. It sets a first-party cookie so that two visits from the same browser are not counted as two different people. That cookie stays on this site — it cannot be read by anyone else, and we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers.

We do not record your screen, and because nobody signs in here, PostHog holds no profile of you — just anonymous counts. If you would rather not be counted at all, any browser setting or extension that blocks analytics will block it, and nothing on the site stops working.

Who else touches your data

Only the services that make the product run: Vercel hosts the site, PostHog counts the traffic, and Google stores the waitlist spreadsheet and handles portal sign-in. Nobody else.

Questions, or want your data gone

Email hello@kitchencnc.com. Ask for a copy of what we hold or for it to be deleted and we will do it.
